Sorry about the lack of posts this week, by the way… Multiple friends and associates on suicide watch, family buggering off internationally and telling me over ice cream about 8 hours before, the a freak out of annual review at work (at least that turned out well), and I missed the annual zombie pride march yet again.

All in all, not a fun or funny week.

Next week you’ll get some reviews of Swedish Vampire movies (no sparkling), Ron Jeremy‘s attempt at a non-porn acting career (no, really), and some music reviews from Harkonnen (and then edited by me).

So I’m sitting there at a Manifest meeting, thinking, gee, I could so go for a drink right now.

These meetings would be much more entertaining, and the people much more attractive, if only I were drinking solidly… This was at slightly before lunch time, mind you.

So I took that frustration, and decided to make a drink from it. So here is the first Melbourne Anime Festival inspired cocktail: The Pepper Chan. (more…)
