Invented this one for Danny’s girlfriend at Jaz’s Christmas party. She asked for something to be made for her, but it needed to be sweet, and for the sort of person that normally never drinks anything. The odd thing is that whilst she looks amazingly innocent, she’s actually one of the most sleazy people I know… but you’d never think it looking at her!! She’s got this kind of librarian thing going on… confusing to say the least.

Either way, if you meet a tall, librarian looking nerdy awkward chick at a goth club… run!

Glass: Martini

Ingredients:

• 30ml Citrus vodka
• 30ml Kahlua
• 15ml rose cordial
• Lemonade

Method: Build over ice.

Garnish: A flower works nicely. The colour comes out a rather light brown, so you may want to use a flower that provides a bit of contrast. I’m thinking maybe some sort of blue orchid. You can get them at ALDI easily enough.

   I think I know who you’re talking about. Really tall chick? You’re spot on, she looks totally naive but she’s more than weird, she set up a meth lab while staying at a timeshare resort. It was made entirely from stuff stolen from labs at her uni.
