The lavender liqueur I got from Topez a few months back has really started to grow on me. Especially as I’m out of the Whiskello I’ve found I’ve started adding it to a lot of things that I normally would think twice about attempting to make flowery.

However, I think I’ve found one use that’s particularly good for it.Glass: Tumbler

Ingredients:

• 30ml Lavender liqueur
• 10ml Butterscotch schnapps
• Vanilla Coke

Method: Build over ice, gently stirring.

Garnish: I really wouldn’t bother going anything more than some quality straws or a swizzle stick on this one. Other than the hard-ish to find ingredient of lavender liqueur (whcih I have linked on the blog before and you can order online), it’s a pretty pedestrian drink.
