Perpetual Electronic Warfare [VIC]
12/12/10

As the listing shows up on the Cabaret Nocturne page, it’s safe to assume that this is another one of their events, but you can never tell.
Anyway, for those of you that like your goth music all hard edged and synthesized, we present Perpetual Electronic Warfare, or Pew-Pew for short.
Focusing predominantly on EBM, electornica and electroswing, it should be a fantastic night for those that like to hit the dance floor, and then move around like angsty seaweed or they’re being attacked by several imaginary Agent Smiths for the next 4 hours. One hopes at any rate, as the music format is being done in DJ-offs (which are always a bad idea IMO, as you get less consistent sets)
- TOUPEE vs JAY
- TOMBEAR vs SIRUS
- LOBOTOMY vs ROTTEN
- INF3KT vs VOID
Located at the Mercat Cross hotel, inMelbourne, just by the Queen Vic markets, it’s easy enough to get to and there’s plenty of parking as well as nearby taxis and trams, and entry fee is $10
Drink Specials:
- $4 basics before midnight
- $15 Ion Cannon Cocktail Jugs all night! I have no idea what an Ion Cannon is, but let’s assume it tastes like a MegaMan action figure for now.
